Edwin runs his own education centre in Hong Kong today. He interned with Soap Recycling during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Seeing vulnerable communities struggle to access masks, Edwin and fellow interns sourced supplies and distributed essential protection across Hong Kong.
This NGO experience showed firsthand the impact committed individuals can make. Those formative lessons still guide him.

“Through the mentoring program, I found out what I am passionate about. I realised that what I want to pursue is the most important factor in determining whether a Master’s degree is more suitable for me than looking for a graduate job after graduation.”
Jacky Tam
Mentor
“Different students have different life experiences and some are not aware of the corporate lifestyle which I was happy to be able to share about.”
Emi Hasegawa
MeNtee
“My mentor helped me realize that it’s okay to be uncertain about one's career path, but it’s definitely beneficial to pursue a more prestigious career initially if you’re unsure. This can provide valuable leverage if and when you decide to switch career paths in the future.”
